In 2021, Kentish Downs offered 174 high indexing rams and were humbled by the support shown by our clients and new buyers, achieving a 100% clearance, with an average of $3050. To meet the increased demand from buyers, this year, we will conduct two auctions and are looking forward to offering rams sired by some of the Poll Dorset breeds highest indexing rams.

On Friday 23rd September, 2022 40 high indexing Lambplan recorded and genomics tested 2021 drop rams and 50 Spring 2021 drop ewes will be auctioned online via the AuctionsPlus platform, commencing at 1.00pm. Some of the rams will be available for inspection at the Henty Machinery Field Days, site 673 near the Eastern Gate entrance. Rams will be presented with their ASBVs. Videos and catalogue will be available two weeks prior to the sale.

Our annual on-property ram sale will be held this year on Wednesday 2nd November, 2022, the best 200 rams will be available going under the hammer with Nutrien Livestock conducting the sale. Inspection is welcome from 10.00am with light refreshments available at 'Yarragundry West', 2096 Sturt Highway, Wagga Wagga. Rams will be presented with their ASBVs. Videos and catalogue will be available two weeks before the sale. Rams available for inspection by appointment during the week prior to sale.
